SHJAYI, was setting up in 1992.1, is the earliest enterprise being engaged in food applied technology service and compound food additives exploitation in China. Since corporate putting out “fruit suspending agent” and “emulsifying and stabilizing agent”, SHJAYI has unceasingly extended the developmental field. Company has developed more than 10 series and more than 100 species products, including “color-protecting and fresh-keeping agents”, “gelatin agent” and “sweeteners”. Now, SHJAYI become one of food additives supplies owning the largest scale, the most extensive related face and the most product category.

  • SHJAYI set up by Wan Ding Liang, food handicraft senior engineer, who was the bureau chief and legal representative.
  • SHJAYI took the lead in developing the products of the series of emulsifying and stabilizing agent and series of suspending agent.
  • SHJAYI gained the honor to get the gold award of “first Chinese science and technology new product and brand-name, high-quality products expo”.
  • SHJAYI sent sales to Chengdu to set up the first manage office.
  • SHJAYI preliminarily formed the product series.
  • Enterprise website “www.shjayi.com” set up and put into use.
  • SHJAYI’s subordinately producing company – Shanghai Jianyin Food Science and Technology Ltd. (SJFST) set up.
  • The food additive of the brand of “shjayi” is realized as Chinese high quality food additive by Chinese Mass Ensures Centre.
  • SJFST subordinated to SHJAYI passed the HACCP-EC-01(ISO22000) certification, and gained Exported food hygiene registered certificate issued by Chinese government.
  • SHJAYI held the shjayi new projects taste and warning convention and fruit and vegetables processing technology symposium. This is the first large-scale academic activity held by SHJAYI.
